Refund policies – The basics
Refunds from IKM Unternehmensberatung are granted only after individual review of each case. A prerequisite for a refund is timely notification of cancellation or withdrawal. The amount and conditions of the refund depend on the contractually agreed services and legal regulations. Automatic refunds are not guaranteed.
What should be included in the refund policy?
Refund policies should clearly and comprehensibly define which services they apply to, how to cancel or withdraw from a contract, and what conditions justify a refund. They should describe the application process, including required documentation and contact information, as well as the refund amount, taking into account services already rendered. Furthermore, the processing time should be specified, a disclaimer of liability should be included, and reference should be made to applicable legal provisions and individual contractual agreements.
